WA Bending worked closely with WA Commercial Cabinets to manufacture the custom aluminium light rings required for Flight Club dart venues in Perth, Sydney, and Melbourne. The process began with precision rolling of the aluminium sections in a single pass, significantly reducing distortion. Next, multiple holes were drilled along the inner rolled face to accommodate integrated lighting. For accessibility, router-cut inspection cutouts were added, followed by the installation of concealed, laser-cut cover plates using nutserts and countersunk screws. This meticulous fabrication process ensured a high-quality, visually striking result that met the project’s exact specifications.
